Production:

Elsy dispose of a complete assembling line in SMT techology with Pick & Place machines and with completely automatic soldering systems.

The soldering machines and solder reflow systems work in a nitrogen inert atmosphere with a very low percentage of oxygen presence.

That guarantees oxidation free soldering and production of high quality boards.

The automatic management of the productive process allows to organise the work in the best way both for big and small lots.

A software, able to manage and speed up the automatic generation of the assembling and testing programmes, is used and allows also to reduce in a considerable way the set up times.

In these years, Elsy, have invested great resources to have new technologies, expecially now Elsy is able to work and re-work "BGA" components.
