Electronic drive for 2 brushless motors with axis control system.

The full digital motor control, performed by a last generation DSP, allows the maximum flexibility and suitability of the module.

The PWM controlled IGBTs of the power stage, assure high reliability and maximum efficiency.

 

Features:

 

v      Control system: digital current loop; digital position loop with incremental encoder; warp tension regulation algorithm for textile applications (available on request).

v      Protections: phase to phase and phase to ground short circuit on power out; input over-undervoltage; output over current; I2T current limitation; overheating; motor thermal protection.

v      Alarms: over-under voltage of internal DC Bus; faulty combination of the hall sensors; position error greater than the maximum programmable threshold; lack of the encoder signals; fault on the internal current sensors; motor overheating; CANBUS fault.

v      Input and Output signals: encoder master, encoder slave 1, encoder slave 2; RS232, CANBUS; 2 digital inputs for motor thermistor; 8 programmable digital I/O.

v      Status indicators: RS232 messages; CANBUS messages; seven segments display and 3 led.

 

v      Ratings: supply three phases 230VAC ± 10%; power 2.4kW for each motor; maximum output current 20A, ambient temperature 0 ¸ 45°C.
